The question behind every ingredient enquiry is the same: can I put this in my product and defend the decision in an audit? This page is where we answer it.
How we verify what we claim
Every specification published on this site is reviewed before it goes live. Named technical sign-off is pending. Regulatory claims — GRAS status, FEMA numbering, EFSA approval, JECFA safety — are only published where we hold the reference and can name the source. Where a status is not yet documented for a given market, we say so on the product page rather than assert it.
What we do not do
- We do not publish a regulatory status that we cannot cite.
- We do not quote a purity we have not seen a certificate of analysis for.
- We do not use a specification to imply a certification we do not hold.
Documentation on request
Batch-specific certificates of analysis, safety data sheets and third-party audit reports are available for review. Email us with the ingredient and batch reference, or use the enquiry form on any product page — we respond within four business hours Pacific Time.
